General Information

The facility fee is $15.00 + Tax Daily October to Memorial Day, $25 + Tax Memorial Day to Columbus Day

Facility Fee Inclusions: Bottled Water in the room, WI-FI, Breakfast, Bikes, Hammocks, Beach Shuttle with Chairs and Towels.

Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.  

Upon booking all reservations we do take a 50% deposit, an final payment upon check out.

Pre-paid debit cards cannot be accepted. This authorization will drop off after 7-10 business days, or longer depending on your financial institution.

Should a deposit be left in cash, the amount held is $300. The cash will be returned at check out minus any incidental charges incurred.

Shelter Harbor Inn is committed to providing all non-smoking guest rooms with a all smoke-free guestroom.

Smoking tobacco, pipes, vapes, and e-cigarettes are strictly prohibited in non-smoking rooms. State law prohibits the use of marijuana on property.

We only allow service animals at this time. 
We have only (2) Pet Friendly Rooms
We welcome dogs with a maximum of 2 dogs per room, each weighing up to 80 pounds.
For dogs over 80 pounds, management approval is required.
Pet fees apply to select rooms only.
A fee of $90 per dog will be applied upon arrival.

13% state and local tax assessed on top of room rate.  A daily resort fee is assessed on all stays; $20 (tax exclusive) is charged for stays Memorial Day – Columbus Day, and $10 (tax exclusive) for all other stay dates.

All pricing is based on double occupancy.  A $25 per person per night fee will be assessed on additional adults.

Absolutely! We’re delighted to offer a complimentary continental breakfast served in the lobby every day from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m.

This breakfast is included in all our nightly rates, ensuring you start your day off right during your stay with us.

No, Parking is complimentary.

Yes, on a first-come, first-served basis. Requests for oversize parking should be made on the day the reservation is made by contacting the hotel directly

You must be at least 21 years old to check-in. 

Upon request, we can deliver a refrigerator to your room it is complimentary . We have limited supplies so first come, first serve.

Complimentary on-site parking is available for hotel and restaurant guests. 

The Shelter Harbor Inn consists of three distinct buildings; the Main House (home to guest rooms, the front desk, Shelter Harbor Inn Restaurant, and Ascend Spa), the Carriage House, and the Barn.  Please note that due to the historic nature of the property, there is no elevator access on any part of the Inn’s grounds.  Various rooms and Ascend Spa are accessible via stair access only; should you have any questions about your room or reservation, please contact the front desk directly at 401.322.8883.  Our dedicated staff is always willing and able to provide luggage assistance as needed.
