Check-in begins at 4:00pm and check-out is at 11:00am.
All reservations require a credit card guarantee. A deposit of 100% for single-night stays or 50% for multiple-night stays will be charged at the time of booking. Advance Purchase Rate reservations require full pre-payment and are noncancelable/nonrefundable.
A full refund will be granted to all reservations that cancel 14 days prior to arrival date. All cancellations inside of 14 days will result in a forfeiture of the deposit. Any changes to a reservation must be made fourteen days prior to the day of arrival to avoid penalty. Any fees or additional charges incurred due to the reservation change will be charged at the date of the change to the credit card on file. Advance Purchase Rate reservations require full pre-payment and are noncancelable.

Shelter Harbor Inn is happy to welcome dogs of all sizes. Other pets are not permitted. A one-time $90 non-refundable pet fee will be collected from all guests traveling with their furry friend. Damage or extra cleaning needs will be subject to additional charges.
13% state and local tax assessed on top of room rate. A daily resort fee is assessed on all stays; $20 (tax exclusive) is charged for stays Memorial Day – Columbus Day, and $10 (tax exclusive) for all other stay dates.
All pricing is based on double occupancy. A $25 per person per night fee will be assessed on additional adults.

The Shelter Harbor Inn consists of three distinct buildings; the Main House (home to guest rooms, the front desk, Shelter Harbor Inn Restaurant, and Ascend Spa), the Carriage House, and the Barn. Please note that due to the historic nature of the property, there is no elevator access on any part of the Inn’s grounds. Various rooms and Ascend Spa are accessible via stair access only; should you have any questions about your room or reservation, please contact the front desk directly at 401.322.8883. Our dedicated staff is always willing and able to provide luggage assistance as needed.
